That's really not true, very few bad teams are saddled with an albatross at QB, minimal picks and limited cap space while also having virtually no core to build around.

Also, the Rams have traded away their draft picks ad nauseum, and you corn filled turds have even less than them. And they just won a ****ing ring last year. Well, according to the chart you posted, the Jags, Cowboys, Jets, Ravens, Rams, Bucs, Browns, Chargers, Titans, 49ers, Bills, Vikings, Dolphins and Saints all have fewer resources than the Broncos.
