Does KSU NEED KU?
I keep hearing/reading KU fans lamenting the fact that they will have to drag the "KSU anchor" in potential conference realignment. Does KSU really need Kansas to land in a good BCS conference? If the situation plays out, will Kansas really be held back by K-State?

I honestly have no idea. Kansas does have a rather small population to be supporting two large universities, and that can't help with television ratings (and the money that goes along with those for potential conferences). With football being an important part of the equation, would KSU be fine, or even better off, without Kansas?

Uh...its called MONEY. Nearly twice the amount we're receiving yearly from the Big12 (and that's just athletics related). Not to mention the bigger benefits of more academic/research funding to improve our academic standing and the university as a whole.

Yep. Big 10 makes a jagabillion more per year than the little 12...

Actually I am sick of the small minded weak action of the little 12.

I hope KU wises up and moves on to a better conference soon... There isnt any vision for the Big 12.. I should have its own TV contract and network... Period! Its inexcusable...

The DVDs are not bad, it just reflects poorly on the program. You know, taking pride in achieving not so great things and all. That's his whole joke - you guys make DVDs out of everything because every little thing is a big deal for KSU.

The WNIT Championship DVD was embarrassing.

The rest, no. Personally, I enjoy replaying memorable games and re-watching them during the summer when there are no sports worth watching on.

I especially enjoy watching the DVD's of games that I attended, because I was unable to view the telecast, and hear the radio call, because I was there.

Yeah, KU has a ton of room to talk in that department. How many times did you guys tear down your goalposts in 2003,2004, 2005, and 2006, combined?

Heck their were even t-shirts made when you qualified for a bowl game in 2005 after beating Iowa State.

Still have a copy of the BCS Bowl win as well....
