I think he plays this week on a limited count to ease in.

Folks - this looks real real bad. I honestly have no idea how we can win this game. I'm sure Andy has a plan but suddenly that 6 point spread seems generous...
This is the big picture I think people are failing to see. McDuffie, Fenton, and Cook were out last night. And we lost by four. With Pat throwing two pics. Would I prefer that we had better tackles and a better pass rush? Sure. Can we still play with the best in the league without those things and a slew of important defensive players? Absolutely.

This is where i am at with it. With Gay in Singletary probably gets chopped down 5 yards sooner a few times and Knox has a harder time. And Cook probably moves the needl a little in both of those spots too. I went in expecting our secondary to be torched and really they did pretty decent. There was some turn over luck, but it should be up from here. And here kept the bills to 24.

It's not like the Bills secondary outside of Poyer is any different though. Other then them having their 1st round cb and they got two picks. What's wrong with our guys only having one pick on the entire season.

This has been disconcerting, for sure.

I think part of that is that it's HARD to intercept a ball in man coverage. And since we have to blitz more often than I'd like, we have to play a little more man to deal with it. So as a consequence, we get fewer opportunities for interceptions.

Picks are usually mistakes born of pressure and a defender having the play in front of him and being able to dive on the ball. Well that just doesn't happen as often when you're blitzing and/or can't get pressure with 4.

I think the lack of picks springs directly from the sub-standard DL play.

But it's just a guess really. Some of it may just be bad luck and we can expect a little positive regression going forward.

At least Mr. DiCaprio went out with a bang, allowing 5 completions on 5 targets against the Bills. Hopefully means McDuffie is ready.

Bootle was awful. 10 yards away from where he was supposed to be on nearly every snap he got.

Bootle does well when called upon to blitz but you need more.

Why isn’t someone suing the living shit out of the cardinals. First for their miserable excuse of a team. But is there any doubt that 3 key injuries of ours came from their shit turf?
