Ohhhh well THAT makes sense now! They didn’t get second interviews with all the candidates and that’s why they hired a tremendous **** up of a head coach!

Completely understandable! You totally need a second interview to know if the guy you want to hire is a complete nincompoop!!

Man, Broncos, what if you guys think outside the box and conduct a THIRD round of interviews?

I’ll bet you’d hire the bestest best besty head coach ever!

If you can spend multiple picks to trade for a HC and pay him $20+ million a season….you have to do it.

Wow, no wonder Penner has taken the lead on this. That's a horrendous look for Paton.

Ryans will be the Texans next HC IMO. Your thinking is spot on about Payton. He seems to me to be a guy that is looking for a big payday and not much more.

You realize that's super embarrassing right??? You thought Jax wanted Hackett, panicked, and made a horrible hire. Just like you're doing now with Payton.

Good God Paton is a disaster

Also the picks. And since the Cardinals just got an interview the price is that much higher.

How does Paton keep his job? That's embarrassing.

Add that to his insanely lazy approach to the QB situation (Oh, I've heard of that guy and I don't feel like actually evaluating young talent) and he should be done. Of course, I'd love to know why he passed on Jalen Hurts TWICE in the 2020 NFL draft if he thought QB was such an issue.

Exacyly, but Im sooooo glad he kept his job because he sucks at it. Also shows how clueless the DonkTard ownership is.
