When you overpay for Kurt Cousins, and you get fleeced in a trade and then overpay for Russell Wilson, you suck as a General Manager.

All that is mitigated when you hire an absolute disaster of a head coach and make an even worse trade for a declining QB that's mentally broken.

That's why the ownership, including Condoleeza Rice () are spearheading the search to fix the massive Russ ****up instead of Paton. Because he's already proven to be an absolute failure at what matters most.

I generally (no pun intended) wonder if you post stuff like this on any Broncos board. Highly doubt it. Your team traded Von for who? No one that was drafted with those picks is even remotely as good. They traded Von and finished in last place.

Your “General” gave up a ton for Russ while bringing in Hackett and you still finished……last. You and only you think he’s some sort of draft genius. Even ESPN ranked his 2022 draft at 20th. He’s an unmitigated disaster and everyone but you sees it. Congratulations on getting a 1st for Chubb. Too bad he won’t select anyone good with it.
