I'd be pretty underwhelmed by Jauron. I really don't want to switch back to a 4-3.

Reid's a somewhat flexible guy. You'd think he would try to make the defense transition as easy as possible.

Yeah I think we are better off where we are. We aren't going to fix the front 7 holes by switching. We know 3 guys at least that can play their positions well. I would much rather just try to fix the dline and get a new ILB. Its not that hard to fill that ILB spot. I don't even think resigning Siler is a death sentence. You can find a guy in the draft. Assuming they are able to get a corner in the 2nd round you then just need a dlineman and safety.

I am not really as doom and gloom on this defense as some are. We need to hit on the CB we draft or sign though.
