Homeade potato soup with loaded toppings and a couple strips of bacon. Snack Peanut butter and banana sandwich super large glass of milk.

Dice spuds and boil
Fry bacon for bacon bits With bacon grease and butter add flour Then add milk, celery, onion, green pepper, bay leaf and potatoes Season with favorite seasonings. I use natures seasoning and Cavendars Stir constantly so it doesn't scald when returning to boil Top with what ever you want.

Mom puts the bacon in the potato soup right before serving. The crunch is to die for. Really adds a lot to the soup. |
