Cross posting. Sue me.
The spread. Smoked turkey, cranberry sauce, dressing/stuffing, creamed corn, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and DUCK FAT gravy. Everything from scratch except the fried onions on the green bean casserole. |

Everything looks great except for the creamed corn. Throw that shit in the trash or add numerous amounts of ketchup.

My spin on a leftover turkey French dip. French bread, thin layer of cranberry sauce on the bottom, turkey, stuffing, provolone, and gravy for the dip. This is pretty dang good!

Whats for dinner you ask, well what else?
King size turkey sammich on toast, with tomato and a healthy dose of mayo... preseasoned fries on the side Leftovers got left with my kid and co who hosted the dinner... but Mom, in her infinite wisdom, cooked a separate turkey so we could have leftovers back here in town Also, your spread looks outstanding FMB... I could be perfectly happy with the meat, stuffing, green bean casserole and cranberries, in fact that made up the bulk of what I had yesterday If I could only have 4 items, those would be it |

That's the only downside of being a single guy who went out to a Thanksgiving buffet, NO LEFTOVERS for a turkey sandwich.

We didn't have Thanksgiving at home so no leftovers. MIL gave me a counter top mixer with dough hooks so I made a couple of pies, this along with my digital scales is upping my pizza game, I wont boar you with pics. Also made sirloin tip steak for carne asada tacos in the slow cooker, again, wont boar you with Q.
