OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Not saying he's the best thing ever, but you can't deny that Bob Gretz really wanted to try making a career in Chiefs media. Not just sports media. He was attached to Kansas City and specifically the Chiefs.

It's a shame that he got doors slammed in his face while a boring, shitty, dumb asshole like Teicher with less passion than a goddamn rock has been working around this team for decades.

We should just be thankful we have Terez. He's the best we've ever had.

I'd be really surprised if any team has a local guy who is better. He's amazing, and puts so much stuff on his social channels it's crazy.

He's good on the hoof!

KK needs to stick with talking Golf, grilling, and whoring himself out for products.
He's good at all those.
Football....he sucks.

he's just a shit-stirrer to 'create' controversy to get people to listen to that abortion of a show.

rant over.

BACK TO MAHOMES!

KK and Clingscale are turds.

After Mahomes first press conf after the draft, Danny Clinkscale said something along the lines of not liking the Mahomes pick, and does not like the sound of Pats VOICE when he talks.

Now, think about that... considering Clinkscales voice is the most monotone, boring, shitbreath voice on the air. zzzz ZZZ zzzZ ZZ

KK was lying when he said he'd love to draft a QB. He thinks Alex Smith is his best friend because Smith does a segment on his show every week. So Kevin was going to be against a rookie QB no matter who he was, but the reasons he's giving for not liking Mahomes are stupid.

Did he say something new today?

God bless Joshua Brisco for the brief respite yesterday where he, you know, brought up the actual facts regarding Texas Tech's defense.

I mean, last year Mahomes had 591 attempts with only 10 picks. That's more attempts than Alex Smith had in his whole college career. Yet here's KK talking about how he can't make throws in the NFL. Whatever man.

I bet Watson has 15 picks this year.

Not to mention that Watson has a significantly worse arm than Alex Smith.

49 on velocity is slooowwwww. Peters is going to pick off Watson so easily because it takes forever for the ball to get to the receiver.

Alex Smith had 55, Mahomes 60 incidentally.

I really hope they throw Watson out there week one. I don't even care if he does have some success, I just want to see what he can do.

The severe lack of velocity means he is going to have to be extremely accurate to make tough throws. His windows are already much smaller than the average QB due to it.

Also, he played with three NFL wide receivers last year, at least. Tons of talent on that team.

Houston isn't exactly stocked with offensive talent either, especially now that Fuller is out. It's Hopkins, Miller, and a below average OL. The TE is decent.

Not sure how Watson is handling the NFL offense and all of the mental aspects of it, but that might determine if he starts or not.
