Again, the first one is an obvious penalty. The second one they tried their best to make it a much more obvious penalty.

If someone put a gun to my head to argue for the games are rigged for KC case, my defense would be the timing of the penalties and when non-calls don't happen.

But I have never seen a full breakdown of either situation. So the evidence either doesn't exist or hasn't been collected. And unless someone pays me, I am not doing that job!

Pulling isolated plays from other games officiated by different crews and comparing them isn't a solid argument. Every ref crew calls the game differently.

It is easier to say rigged than admit a franchise has been doing a great job. I wish my Raiders were run like KC but we aren't.

What you're saying is true, but it overlooks the fact that the arguments currently being made about how "KC gets all the calls" are devoid of any scientific analysis whatsoever outside of "the eye test." So any attempt whatsoever to use statistics to bolster such arguments is a huge step forward in this process.

So here's another side to this.

There's the "The games aren't rigged, the refs aren't favoring anybody" side who are just saying, "We need to fix this with booth replays."

What? A divisional game is where you're choosing to plant your flag? Even though the head official for the league came on and said both calls were called correctly according to the rules?

As if you've never seen far more egregious versions of this bullshit before. The 2018 AFCC for example??? Anybody? ****ing anybody? Where were you then? You didn't give enough of a shit back then, but NOW? Now is when you have to demand a change?

It's the same goddamn rule. Ref thought QB got hit in the head. In 2018 the QB was not. In 2025 the QB was. Back then it was a higher stakes round. And NOW is when we need to make a change?????!!!

Take your impartiality you claim to have and shove it far up your own ass, sir.

Who said anything about Gen X? Most of the people saying the games are rigged are younger than 50. And yes, they whine like this about EVERYTHING, not just football. Nothing is ever their fault.

They're not devoid of any analysis anymore. Several of us have been spreading the stats.

The most common responses indicate they (the rigged people) didn't even read it. I mean I've been a fan since the 80's and most of them refer to me as a casual or a Swiftie. These people are stupid, emotional, and stubborn as a mule.

There is no winning this argument because these people won't accept reality no matter what.

I've given up on it at this point. If somebody comes back at me, I just give them a laugh emoji and move on.

I don’t remember the national media having this same hysterical reaction when the Faketriots were gifted with that Chris Jones joke roughing call vs Brady in the AFC Championship Game.

Social media is worse now than in 2018.

Also, there's more "sports analysts" on the internet and daily TV shows nowadays.

So more idiocy.

And dipshits like Troy Aikman and the hot take douches in the media are placating the conspiracy theorists.

I thought I covered that but absolutely agree.

As I said, I would study the situation but I am not doing it for free.

Maybe I should start a GoFundMe and swipe some cash from delusional fans?
