Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.

Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

I am ready to see some water balls!

Yeah. This is why this is enjoyable to me. Nostalgia. Tiger was the reason I got into golf. Golf was a huge part of my life when I was young & in college. Maybe someday I can get back into it and be real competitive again.

I'm admittedly just a lurker in these threads, and agree tiger is quite the asshole. I still find it amusing the haters have shut the **** up

Michael Jordan wasn't a good person either. But we appreciated his competitive fire. That is kind of like Tiger.

I've never been a Tiger fan, but has always given him his credit due, just so much talent there. But I agree, he is an asshole.

I am really coming on to Tony Finau

Pretty much where I am with him as well. Think it’s also good for the game to have him back.

Well I didnt think he would hold up but he did. Nice win for Tiger he will be a favorite for rest of majors now. When he took the hat off he did look old though.

Got to admit, he did it. I thought his fall from grace would keep him down. His determination to come back through all of his setbacks is his major win here. The talent was always there, sure some adjustments along the way were needed, but every golfer goes through that with age.

Back with another major is a major accomplishment! Congrats asshole !

I will say the scene with his son, family was something to see!

You never hear the crowds go as crazy loud as they do for Tiger. Like him or not he is good for the game of golf.

Absolutely. The guy on the air said it best, you can tell the difference between a tiger roar and a regular roar. He just amps up golf that much more.

I thought he was done after Elin hit him in the head with a golf club and he had all of those back surgeries. I bet my friend all the money in the world he'd never win another major. Does Venmo accept that much for transfers?
