If Murray and Wilson can consistently put up 24+ against that D, there’s no reason to expect less than 30 from Mahomes with a better OL and more/better weapons.

I'm very impressed with our interior d-line. And I'm kinda glad they don't get any pub. I'm hoping it makes them angry.

Nnaughty is a stud and has notable technical skills (he's much quicker than people realize). Saunders isn't far behind him in raw ability and strength ... he merely lacks experience, IMO.

And, of course, Pennel has proven to be a diamond in the rough for us.

All in all, an underrated group.

Frankly, I wish they would move Jones to DE or rotate him there more often in subs ... in my humble view, that would improve our overall defense. Nonetheless, I trust Spaggyboots.

I don't see us collapsing in the face of Needle Town's "vaunted rushing attack." They may bust one or two (that happens), but they won't dominate (like some people seem to believe they can or will). I also have a high level of confidence in our box safety play ... and medium confidence in a couple of our linebackers.

For all of the talk about how the height of the DTs are going to cause Mahomes trouble....Murray had a a QB rating over 100 in both of his games against them. If that should bother anyone, it should bother a 5’ QB
