He probably wanted to for years, but never could because of all the Make A Wishes he did.

It’s his last year, so might as well now.

Cena vs Cody was never going to be face vs face to main event Mania.

Nice swerve there by WWE. Cody comes out wearing black, but Cena turns heel.

I thought Cena winning the chamber with some BS from Seth at the end was kind of odd, but it made a lot more sense after the heel turn.

Punk vs Rollins at Mania? Or maybe Punk vs Rollins vs Roman?

I thought Punk made the most sense as the guy that'd sell his soul but that's only because I never thought they'd let Cena do it. It makes a ton of sense in hindsight for it to be Cena.

I wonder when this all actually got put in motion. Cena vs Rhodes for the title has been the plan for months but Rock was literally shoehorned into Smackdown a week ago to kickstart this.

Cena losing the Rumble feels better now too.

Elimination Chamber became Cena’s last chance at the title.

Reality sets in for an aging Cena that he can’t do it on his own anymore. Becomes desperate. Sells his soul for his dream.

My prediction is that Punk calls in his favor with Paul Heyman to get Roman vs Punk vs Rollins to main event Night 1 at Mania.

Drew vs Rollins didn’t Main Event Night 1 last year, so I doubt Jey vs Gunther will this year.
