50 Beers to Try Before You Die

Thought the beer snobs here might like this article (and probably critique the hell out of it).

http://www.wisdeo.com/articles/view_post/2984
(CBS) You've heard of "100 Bottles of Beer on the Wall"?

How about 50 to try before you die?!
Spoiler!

Arcane Rituals is their English style barleywine, and this is a barleywine/stout mix.

Sadly, nothing great here. Always like finding nice, easy to drink summer beers. I don't taste much Prickly Pear so you're left with just a boring wheat beer that isn't all that good itself.

I've never been impressed with any of their beers.

So many better AZ breweries.

I don't think I've actually had that many from them. This wasn't a good start.

Their orange blossom vodka is very good.

Here's their all year lineup for beer. I like whoever is designing their cans though.

A few beer stores were making a big deal about Equilibrium's full distribution to AZ, figured I had to try it.... and this one sounded interesting enough, being a sour IPA.

It's pretty good, but unfortunate for this beer, it's going up against Drekker at the moment, and I've been all about the Drekker smoothie beers. I'm of course not one for 'crushable' beer (even when it's 90+ out) but I could drink this shit out of a straw.... the cherry mango pineapple on the right being the current favorite.

I had a sour from OHSO about 5-6 weeks ago and I really liked it. I can't remember for the life of me the name. It was rose colored and wasn't overly sweet or heavy. Not something I normally drink or order but I'm IPA'ed out at the moment.

If there's one thing I like better than drinking, it's saving money. 6 pack of this fruited sour for $5. Only 4.5% ABV though but it's an easy drinker. Acai, guava and elderberry with some Himalayan salt. The color is nice. I wouldn't buy it for $12 but for $5 I'd buy it again.

Got both $5 6-packs they had for this. They don't call me Jewdog for nothing!

This one is pineapple, passion fruit and tangerine with the Himalayan Salt.

Buddy of mine got his “face” on a beer can. Unfortunately it’s only being sold in St. Louis and the brewery in CA, so I won’t be seeing it around KC. I’m not a lager guy anyway.

I like the Odell India Pale Ale.

They have a nice variety.

Took a personal day and got to go to the beer store by myself. Both of these looked good to temper this long Phoenix summer.

I've never had either but will report back.
