I'd love for someone to explain to me why it was smart to take a bunch of defenders in a weak defensive year and then avoid the OL in a strong OL year aside from taking one total bum.

Mr. Irrelevant '09 missed 10 of his 30 field goal tries as a senior and wasn't anywhere close to the draft radar. He did make all his extra points. On the plus side, Succop couldn't possible turn out worse than Justin Medlock.

Don't some of the UDFA's have alot of teams trying to sign them? So I think why not take a chance on one of the better prospects instead of a K this late. But hey what do I know?
