50 Beers to Try Before You Die

Thought the beer snobs here might like this article (and probably critique the hell out of it).

http://www.wisdeo.com/articles/view_post/2984
(CBS) You've heard of "100 Bottles of Beer on the Wall"?

How about 50 to try before you die?!
Spoiler!

Interesting... one of the beer places I follow makes a big deal when they stock new Drekkar, but I've never really looked for them when I'm there, as they tend to mostly be IPAs and I think some hard seltzer. Looks like they have a bunch of sours though, too.

I went there for the first time on NYE weekend and they had Blueberry Grind along with the regular stuff. Also tried a specialty peanut butter Bananarchy recently, which was sadly $18/16oz can, so only grabbed one... but, it was pretty damn good.

I should probably branch out and try their other beers, but their Ales of the Crypt is world class and I can never pass up one (or a few ).

Speaking of all those things... was very surprised to see Peanut Butter Bananarchy on the shelves and grabbed a regular one as well. Grabbed a Drekker collab (the only one I saw besides an IPA). And first time seeing TG Strawberry Shortcake, which is once again so much on point.

Prior to KC, I couldn't name one strawberry beer I've ever tried... and now in a matter of about two weeks there's been BCS Proprietor's, Main & Mill Valentine's (or whatever it's called), and now this one.

Burley Oak doesn't sound familiar, saw they're in Maryland.

This one is a 'gently roll the can' varieties... something I failed to do last week with the ~5 month old Down with the Thiccness, which came out half lager/half snot. Still very good though.

Unlike with Bottle Logic, the heavy Modern Times stouts rarely make it to Arizona... and if anything, I see less now than 5 years ago.

Heavy, thick, bold, and quite delicious.

First beer since the AFCCG then breaking my leg 4 days later. What a shit week that was. Popped one to celebrate being cleared to go back to work tomorrow, imagine that.

Anywho, these distributed barrel aged releases from 3 Floyds are straight money. Crushing Mass was one of my surprise beers of the year last year and now Cocomungo hit shelves.

Coconut and maple with a year in Willet barrels.

Yeah, that sounds pretty damn good. And kind of funny to see a 4.39 on untappd and think holy shit, it's surpassed the 4.25 threshold of LITERALLY EVER OTHER BEER!

Opened a 2016 Bourbon County Barleywine.. was just thinking the other day I still have that toasted barrel variant to open.
