Also, if you make hamburgers soon Chipotle's and mayo is a great condiment. Of course, blended up.

We do hamburgers all the time. It's easy, good protein (which I struggle to get enough for my dialysis; dietitian is always griping at me to get more...). |

Ooh! Just had an idea for you. You should mix the chipotles up in ketchup for your mac and cheese.

You really have to try it. It adds so much flavor to a burger.

Yes, you bake @ 400 for 1 hr. They also have killer premade chicken alfredo, the wife really enjoys it. We have both in the oven lol.

I have a friend who will automatically throw up. It's so damn crazy, I'm not even over exaggerating.

Had I thought about it, I would have chopped some for the top of the chili dog and put the rest in the chili. I can't see putting raw onion anywhere in the fridge without stinking it up. |

I can eat them on my tacos as well without too much damage. I speculate that a lot of taco places have their onions already combined with cilantro and lime which cuts the bite of the onion. Almost slightly pickled. Plus they're usually diced smaller than what I normally see on chili dogs.
