Its funny my last long term girl friend said I was a good guy with an edge, said I was just enough of an asshole to keep things interesting. Probably pretty accurate.

I really dislike being called a "nice" guy, cuz its almost always followed by the word but.

You're trying waaaaay too hard. You can't be what "they" want you to be. That's not how it works. When you quit trying, you might find a girl admiring you for the right reasons...
