Yeah, it would be unfortunate not to capitalize with their top scorer and one of their top defensemen out though, but it's just how hockey goes... shitty first period, up 1-0. Tons of chances at the end, lose the game.

Nate Schmidt just scored his third goal of the series to put Florida up 1-0 early. He had 5 goals all season and none in the last 22 regular season games. He's currently outscored the entire TB team

Yeah, probably WIN will end up winning the series. Unless STL plays like this for the rest of the series, which probably won't happen.

They looked like that for 2 periods in games 1 and 2.

Especially G1. But they didn't look back in G2 until the third.

I wondered if the home crowd would give them the lift they needed to find that intensity for 60 minutes. Didn't really expect it, but certainly hoped for it.

I'd say that went well.
