Dude, I just went to Costco for first time ever. They have Kirkland brand Reposado tequila and even Anejo tequila! Couldn't believe it. I might have to try some since it's so reasonable. Had no idea Kirkland made liquor.

After watching the deal about their "Alcohol" department (evidently they're one of the most ass-kissed reseller n the planet and get the red-carpet treatment like none-other around the globe when they go shopping!!), I decided to give their $15 bottle a try. Not the best stuff ever, but it's as good as most other spiced rums. No, it's NOT Kraken, but nothing is. But it can hold it's own with the likes of the Captain and Sailor Jerry...

Kirkland Signature Vodka = Grey Goose
Kirkland Light Beer = Natural Light Yes....I love Natty Light too. Sometimes you have to go back from where you can from.

Enjoying a rather large Manhattan tonite. If you're only having one drink, make it a big drink. You young fellows remember that.

Just did an old fashioned with Weller 12 and some orange bitters; those things are easy like Sunday morning. |

This is a "no name" sweet vermouth - Tribuno, which may well be a Gallo brand. I buy the smallest bottle I can find (then buy 2) I find sweet vermouth often goes flat on me before I use it up if I buy a 750 of it. I don't use much, but I usually do add a couple of different types of bitters - tonite was Peychauds and Angostura. And let's keep that Weller 12 to ourselves. They're putting too much good bourbon in fancy bottles and doubling the price - Weller 12 may be hard to keep under our hat.
