50 Beers to Try Before You Die

Thought the beer snobs here might like this article (and probably critique the hell out of it).

http://www.wisdeo.com/articles/view_post/2984
(CBS) You've heard of "100 Bottles of Beer on the Wall"?

How about 50 to try before you die?!
Spoiler!

I've had to create a spreadsheet for beerfests before, but that would just get insane... hopefully they have an app for easy beer management over like 5 days.

Had the Cookies & Cream and Maple Stouts last night.... it's pretty crazy that Bottle Logic runs around ~$25-30 and Hubbard's Cave around $8, and the latter is no slouch. Still a sucker for BL though.

The Prairie Sundae Service might just be the best of that bunch... I would have guessed 2nd or 3rd after the BL and Maple, but the BL was a bit disappointing in terms of their usual 10/10 stouts.

Ha there is a fest provided app that does it’s best but breweries like to show up with surprise kegs that don’t get loaded into the app. So that list was from some nerd scraping individual brewery Twitter feeds to compile the list.

Anywho I’m back at the hotel about to Hasselhoff some pizza and stream this Chiefs preaseason game.

*lotsa Chiefs fans floating around here. Feels good.

Picked up some Toppling Goliath Cherry Fandango and was in continuous amazement while drinking this beer. Smells like cherry pie filling and the flavor punches you in the face with cherry pie filling..... 100% ****ing nailed it.

I visited their website a while back for the first time and this beer was shown, and I was thinking, well shit they're at least proud of their beer to put a slice of cherry pie on the can. Uh... yeah, confirmed there's no false advertising.

Prairie Artisan rarely disappoints. I still crave Sticky Mittens, a stout I don't think they have ever bottled.

Ground Control is tapping TG Mornin' Delight at 6 tonight... if it's still around by this weekend, I might just have to go there.

Highly recommended, it's a top 5 rated beer in the country.

It's a sipper!

The last TG stout on tap there was $15 per 5oz, so it's a bargain this time!
