Housing seems to still be holding pretty strong on what I've casually browsed. The raise from uncle sam must have kept things pretty stable out here in bfe. |

Paycom ends up 14% and Microsoft up about 7% on their earnings.
Great day

It wouldn't buy me two houses, but it would cover my Dr. Pepper expenses for a couple of decades.

I wish I would have taken my own advice on Disney.
I can see it hitting $140-$150 from where I was looking at it $102-106 levels

I don't blame anyone selling tomorrow, the stock has doubled in price in one month. But there really aren't any indicators to suggest their growth will slow down. This is like getting in on Apple in 08. They are a mega brand with an enormous lead in electric car technology.

Might ought to try to plug your cattle losses. Unless they’ve bounced in the last week

This little recession can make you wealthy in real estate if you get on it. I've already landed two properties.

The banker and I have had some serious talks. I believe we have found an exit strategy that will unload most of my inventory and some feed for what amounts to a manageable loss. One of those live to fight another day deals, but it's three party and hinges on one banker's decision. All I can do is drink heavily between now and Tuesday.

I can't fathom what hog producers are going through. They have 4 months worth of bred sows in the pipeline and those pigs being born are going to need a place to live. A barn has to be emptied weekly to make room.
I guess they could abort sows. This will take out another batch of independent producers. |
