Id prioritize the guy who would automatically be the #1 WR here. I prioritize winning a SB over the better draft pick. Once we win the SB if he signs here long term we let go of MVS. If we don’t resign Hollywood we get a comp pick back.

1,000+ yards and 6 TDs while having to play in a running offense in 2021. We are really comparing Mecole to Hollywood Brown? They aren't even in the same stratosphere. Mecole can't even get on the field for the Jets. He isn't even good. And he would STILL help this team, alot. What does that tell you? Hollywood Brown would take this team to a new level offensively. |

And second, find a single person here who thinks Mahomes inevitably drags non-NFL caliber WRs to the SB. |

We are comparing Hardman and a 2nd round pick to Brown and a 6th round pick. Is this hard for you to understand? |

If Travis Kelce was 27, I wouldn't want to do a thing. But he isn't. He's 34 years old. We need to win now. |

But if we don't sign him, we get a comp pick back the following draft. Unless of course we sign someone of comparable value in which case we get nothing back at all. |

Our window is now with Kelce aging out and Jones who might not be here next year. That's 2 HOF players and we already traded Tyreek. Once Mahomes has 4 rings by age 30 we can afford the few million we pushed because we won't be paying Kelce and Jones. It's very simple salary cap logic.

I'm sure Veach isn't sitting there feeling like they need to go all-in because of where Kelce is right now. Does that play some role? Absolutely. But Veach is not thinking that we need to do everything possible to figure things out this season. He didn't last year, did he? So why do you think he feels different this year when the team is 5-1 and a whisker away from being 6-0? Some of you are such reactionary bitches. |

You have no idea what they are thinking, you don't represent them. Remember, I also signed off on the same Process, Plan you did. The difference between me and you is that I had the caveat that once the data was in a decision could be made about adding before the deadline. Well, the data is in. This offense and the WR's that were added have largely failed in their roles. Toney continue to be a part time player, as well as be injured often. Skyy Moore looks like a dud. Richie James is injured but even when he wasn't did not make a difference here. Watson, a guy tooling around NFL practice squads was our leading WR until he got injured and barely passed by Rashee Rice. Which brings us to Rice. The only guy looking like a possible answer but still a rookie and still not a major factor here. So it is pretty simple to say time to make a move. I have no idea how some of you go about your everyday lives being this stubborn. Well, I committed to not bringing my umbrella outside so now that it is raining I ain't forking over 6 dollars to some bum selling umbrellas trying to take advantage of me! Those umbrellas only worth 4 bucks, I could have got a bigger one for the same price. I'll get soaked instead... ![]()

I told a guy at work who hates the Chiefs that Rice is by far and away the Chiefs best WR in the absence of Justin Watson. He was taken back by it, almost stunned. The rest of the league is really worried. (He's a Patriots, Brady, and anyone who plays the Chiefs fan.)

You're using me wanting to draft a WR against me? WTF is wrong with you? ![]() I didn't like the Tyreek Hill trade either but I am willing to wait and see what else we add. Quote all my posts on this. My point was let's see who we get with the draft picks and after the 2022 draft I was LOVING the picks. You're failing at this because you don't even know what my positions are. Instead you are just randomly searching for material and you don't understand what you are even quoting. But I can play this game also. I'll just search for random posts of yours too and post them out of context too if you like.
