I’m interested to see how both Javonte Williams and Russell Wilson fit if Hackett tries to run a Shanahan/McVay/LaFleur style offense that heavily emphasizes outside zone.

That seems like a less than ideal fit for Williams and Wilson.

That's going to go down as a big what if in Bronco's history. What was Elway thinking. With Allen being right next door in Cheyenne.

So these are from ESPN final January rankings....so what did they do to magically become a dominate unit in just a few months? This writer might as well put them at #1. If you are going to dream...dream big.

When Russel Wilson joins your team...you suddenly have one of the best group of offensive weapons in history too.

You guys HAVE to be SB favorites...Walton says so.

This is kind of outright media lies that happened during Raiders off-season run up to their magical 12-4 season.

Just to point some things about that magical 12-4 Raiders Season...

What was the point differential for the 2016 Oakland Raiders?

The Oakland Raiders finished the regular season with a point differential of +31. Based on their point differential and their pythagorean expectation, the Raiders could have been expected to have about 8.7 wins, or a 9-7 record in the regular season.

Everything Derek Carr and the Raiders do gets compared to the great 2016 season, when they surged to a 12-4 record — seemingly out of nowhere — and their first playoff berth in 14 years. That season Carr had seven fourth-quarter comebacks, A NFL record...

Interesting that their first season in their new stadiums (with fans)...4th quarter magic happened again.

Last season..."Raiders set record with 5-last second wins on the year"

Starting to see the pattern....2016 to get the move approved, 2021 first year in new stadium....nothing in between.

Maybe the Broncos replacing Bobbie Massie at RT and moving Meinerz to full-time starter at RG really moves the needle for the guy.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of separation between #1 and #16 in PBWR and RBWR. A few percentage points?

Cool story...if you want to believe your OL is suddenly the 4th best in the NFL by shuffling around a few in-house players...who am I to tell you Santa isnt real.

In one off-season, the media has labeled Denver as having one of the best assortment of offensive weapons in NFL history...and their OL has jumped to 4th best in the league.

The "Walton effect"...

I guess it's only true...if you believe it.
