Anyone have him falling out of the first round completely?
Shocking.

Baker was definitely humbled. He won the Heisman, and was the 1.1 pick, and he had to beg teams for a chance to start after Cleveland. If the NFL QB situation wasn't so bad, he may not even be a starter now because he may never have gotten an opportunity to prove himself.

I personally think Sanders is comparable to Tua, as they are both accurate with very mid arms, and they are both probably near the bottom in athleticism for an NFL QB.

Herbert hasn't won anything, but if I was a Dolphins fan, I would still be wondering what Herbert to Hill would have looked like.

So, why is that a first round pick? I mean, he wasn't even Geno Smith in college, so why would he be a first round pick?

The ESPN/NFL Network hype machines did everything they could to promote Sanders as the possible first overall pick, but it wasn't because he should have been a first round pick, and more about viewership and clicks, and now social media is ripe with fools claiming it was racial, blah blah blah.

The baker mayfield example is a great one. But not for the reasons you think.

I hated the idea of bringing Odell Beckham to kc. I just care too too much about locker room drama. I can handle off the field character issues if people like you. What he did to throw his coaches and baker under the bus was despicable. Yet people let him off the hook because he’s charismatic and talented. I don’t want teammates like that. It was a unique thing because Odell was liked by teammates but to the point of turning everyone against certain teammates. I feel like that’s shedeurs destiny. He has the same bad habit of throwing his teammates under the bus but the media loves it because it’s entertaining and “charming.”

Unless he has Patrick Mahomes like talent or your team is just super desperate to get media attention, that is a huge red flag.

To say he acts entitled is an understatement … meanwhile, the packers kid is trying to buy his grandmother a home after it burned down in a fire.

Just like most home improvement projects, the ROI just wasn't there.

I think the better question is... who the **** had this guy IN the first round?

Did the experts just think, well some franchise is stupid enough to do it... which tbh is a legit argument.

In the first 10 picks of Round 2 the Browns have 2 picks, and the Saints and the Jets have 1. If he gets past those picks he is probably ****ed. If he doesn't he is probably also ****ed.

Thinking about it the best landing spot for Shadeur to actually become a successful starter and have a career to me looks like Indianapolis. Might have gone Steelers but they don't have a second round pick.
