Any advanced stats to give some context on this guy?

I couldn't care less about his run-blocking. Can he help keep Pat from getting antsy after 1.5 secs every play?

27yrs old - former 5th rounder- PFF grades him overall at 75... Seems a pretty solid contract for a solid LT. Not likely going to the ProBowl but I'd think we did good here given our options.

Stepped in for the GOAT and did an acceptible job. Will hopefully stabilize the position and by then we have an up and comer.

If he really blossoms here then extend.

at minimum he provides a baseline which is something i think reid can work with. im fine with it all things considered.
Yep. Of all the options that actually made it to the tampering period he makes the most sense, given the caveat that teams are apparently sick of Cam Robinson for reasons.

This means our 1st rounder will almost certainly be DLine, right? Like 75%?

He was apparently the highest rated Niner hitting FA:

Meanwhile, Moore was a solid fill-in at left tackle, surrendering only one sack and 10 pressures on 154 opportunities

I'm cautiously optimistic, but please pair with a draft pick by the end of the 3rd. I think last year proved how important depth is and we need a development option for long term.

I know the common thought is DT in the 1st (please no DE), but if Burden or Egbuka are within range of 31...

It opens them up for looking (again) at developmental guys in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

And this draft isn't any better/worse than any others for those guys on the 2nd day.

Where you get yourself in trouble is if you start looking at those guys as 1st day players and they simply aren't.

If Milum or Williams or Ersery or Jackson or Mbow; maybe Belton or Grant -- hell, even that absolute giant out of BC, Trapilo, is there at the late 2nd or into the 3rd -- go ahead and give 'em a look.

Now you have some time and now you can start looking at the upside they might have long-term.
