Can the Carter vs. Calliendo matchup doom our protection?

Worse matchup in the SB. Andy has said Thuney stays at LT. how would you scheme or think Reid will scheme to not let the mismatch sink our 3peat causing Mahomes to run for his life?

Practically any DT would’ve done what Carter did to blow up that drive at the end of the Rams vs Eagles game.

There was a miscommunication or someone (RG) just ****ed up, so Carter wasn’t even touched on that third down.

Carter took advantage of it obviously, but that wasn't the result of anything he did. Similar to when the 49ers forgot to block Chris Jones in OT of the Super Bowl.

I figure Andy's already figured it out. Philly, like the Bills, have an overall talent advantage, but y'all have the coaching advantage by a much, much larger gap.

Yeah, that was a flat miscommunication between the C and RG. Highly unlikely Humphrey and Smith would make that type of mistake. Not sure why the RG was worried about the pressure outside there, but it seems like a protection call that was missed.

Especially considering you’re talking about a pass-off mistake in a true road game vs a neutral site game, in horrible weather conditions vs a dome. The Eagles didn’t even play a game there. The RG just blew it and didn’t protect outside-in on a short down and distance.

And if Stafford doesn’t slip on the 4th down throw because of the field conditions, he rips a 1st down pass to Nacua on the next play anyway…

That field helped the Eagles a LOT more than it helped the Rams.
