I dunno. Seems like this would have never happened with Cowher or Parcells someone like that.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's the right thing to do. These guys can be the greatest thing this year and then even if nothing changes from the coaching standpoint, nobody wants them the next year, they should definitely not buy into the boys club because odds are they're not going to be in it.

But I think it's definitely a sea change in the league.

I think Coen will end up regretting this decision. I don't see him being able to replicate his success in TB with Baker in JAX with Trevor.
