Was Marlboro chief always over the line or did he work at it?

I highly doubt it, but I can't rule it out when last year's 9-7 Chiefs made it (a better 10-6 Chiefs team the prior year didn't make it).

If we make it then CP and Herm will be here much longer than expected.

They will again lose in the playoffs, but pat themselves on the back for overachieving, and they will continue to fill Arrowhead stadium, Clark will be content, and the fans will again be teased to think that we are one year away of going the distance.

We'll draft 25th or 26th and all the quality OL players will be taken, but we may still get some quality players in other positions.

We'll do the same thing again next year.

One should never scoff at the idea of making the post-season. That's where it all starts.

If a team can get on a roll in the playoffs anything can happen.

I think this team has a great shot at making the post-season.

I hate to say it, but it's kinda hard to argue with history......

Do you just rephrase the same post over, and over, or what?

I'm scoffing.

This team won't advance if it makes the playoffs.

I (personally) would/will agree provided we win this week.

You are right at home with CP. You are a perfect fan for him. He thanks you every time he cashes his paycheck. Now you are thinking how can we lure Marty back to KC.

So,

Would you rather have a 4-12 season, top-5 draft pick with no guarantee that Percy Snow's double is drafted

OR

A team that is attempting to get better with a legitimate shot at the playoffs that causes you to have hope each week?
