I’m pulling for Kirk. Not only would he fix this year, if structured right we could probably have him for another year (or two) beyond this one. He’s still young enough to do a 3-year deal and prorate a bunch of the money. Aka… kick the can down the road…

Normally I would agree. But we are trying to become historical with the 3 peat. If we can’t get “the guy” (whoever that is) I don’t think we trade just to trade for a body. It has to be the right fit in the locker room and on the field.

I like Amari because he’s a perfect rental. But I’m growing to love the idea of Kirk because he’d actually be a perfect side piece. Long term we don’t need a WR1 though it obviously couldn’t hurt. Rice, Kirk, worthy and even a year older kelce would be downright filthy

We have seen enough of DRob running backwards in KC. Zero interest.
We are going to roll with who we have unless someone else gets injured. |

Hopkins is like a gar on a fish bank. Just let it flop into the weeds and die

I don’t think he’s a game breaker by any means, but as of today he’s better than what we have and in the future he’s a good complementary piece to rice/worthy. Assuming he would be paid like the complementary piece he is

With the way juju played maybe we don’t need that as much as I thought a few weeks ago. |

Juju and Worthy are our only reliable WRs. Unless we are going to start running our offense thru 13 and 14 personnel with a heavy run game we need another WR. Now the other option is to call up Remegio or Washington - I would say Ross but I don’t think he moves the needle over Moore/Watson

They have to move forward with the knowledge that Rice and Brown aren't returning this season. If Brown does return, he will be limited in not playing all season and coming off a long injury. Also, Kelce and Juju taking a beating for 12 consecutive games is not good for their SB chances. They have to bring another WR in. Doesn't have to be prime Calvin Johnson but doing nothing is too risky. Yes, they won a SB last season with a subpar WR core, but it was a harder road than normal and you don't get bonus points for increasing the difficulty level of winning. A short-term stopgap would make a SB run easier. The threepeat possibility is too tempting to worry about losing a few draft picks. |

Why would the Rams trade DRob?
They are injury depleted at WR and even at 1-4, they are still very much alive in a weak NFC West. |
