Things looked pretty grim before I looked at the Ravens and Dolphins schedules. For one thing they have to play each other. Chiefs will pick up a game on one of them there. There's some really tough games left for those two teams.

Conclusion: This race isn't over. I say the Chiefs have a decent shot at still getting the one seed. Here are the five games I'm looking at.

Dolphins opponents- Ravens, Bills, Cowboys
Ravens opponents- Niners, Jags (Steelers could beat them as well.)

Yes, the Chiefs still have a real shot IF they win out.

Mahomes resume is fine, he doesn't or won't go out and determine who he beats and how the games are lined up.

His resume is going to the top of the list of any AFC or NFC team, and it really isn't that close.

if we re-draft the entire NFL today, he is going #1.
