What you see on the All-22 means nothing if you don't know the read progression for that play.

In general that's how the salary cap works but not when you have a 1 to 2 year SB window.

In that case you can push a little more money into the future (3 years from now) when Kelce/and or Jones are gone and you can do all of the above.
