Thanks. I was unexpectedly delighted. Honestly, I decided to take a picture and post and actually did some minor cleaning of the plate and moving stuff around. It was a mess at first. And I didn't go to great lengths. I wanted to eat it hot, but I did some. First time. Haha. |

My kids are spoiled. They both like pork, but it has to America's Cut. 1.5 to 2", like a steak. I did a pork Lo Mein last week and just got some thin cut pork cutlets to go with it. My daughter sauntered in when I was prepping and said, "I thought we were having pork with the Lo Mein?"
Sigh.
