It was your fellow Broncos fan that brought up Bonnito. I was comparing Karlaftis to Jayson Oweh.

Yea let’s ignore the context of why I was making the comparison.

The comparison was in regards to a lack of sacks, but a high pressure rate.

I’m no way am I saying they’re comparable in terms of things like size, athletic ability, etc.

They are totally different players.

The point is that consistent pressure translates more than sack totals.

If I were to make an actually player comparison, Karlaftis is more of a Trey Hendrickson type.

No, it was brought up as a deflection because your fellow Broncos fan continues to argue that Karlaftis didn’t consistently get pressure when the tape/stats say otherwise.

I looked at the film...he does get good pressure against 18 year olds and people that don't block him.

I don't think anyone thinks that Bonitto was a bad pick. They're just responding to the typical "our #64 pick is obviously better than your first rounder" type criticism from Denver fans.
