- Remove the 7th playoff team
- Drop at least 4 teams to help end this shit where entire divisions are pure shit... and then we'd be closer to the actual number of starting QBs in the league (but probably shouldn't drop to 20 teams )

Obviously none of that will ever happen because yay money, but soon enough they'll have 34 or more teams and an international team and 8+ teams in the playoffs and it'll be even more popular.
Need more bye weeks as well.

I've never been crazy about that because it makes the division rivalry games huge. If you do that I think you should just get rid of the divisions and make conferences.

Because the flip side is the schedule isn't balanced. A team could go 12-5 beating up on the AFC South and get a home game over a team that went 11-6 but had to play the AFC West. That's not always the case but I'd rather reward division champs.

That was a really suspect penalty call against the Packers there. It awarded the Vikings three points.

Yeah, they could replace the week 17 game with another bye instead of shortening the season... or do like the NHL and just take a league-wide break after Thanksgiving. Every team gets the first weekend/week of December off, so everyone is on equal footing going into the last month of the season.

The fact the Chiefs absolutely **** around in the regular season and can still win 15 games should be an obvious point about the quality of the league... a team without two of their best receivers most of the season, down their game 1 RB1, down to a 3rd string kicker at one point, playing a RG at LT.

Much less the other 1 seed going almost two entire seasons without playing more than a few other teams with 10+ wins.

There's so much bad football being played this season, and we're all here just waiting for mid-January when the shit league is trimmed down to the top 4.
Except there's 6(and likely a 7th in the Ravens after next week) teams with .700 records. I'd call that top heavy to go along with the bottom heavy.
