Resting your starting QB, WR, HB and DE is pretty much throwing up a white flag and not giving your best effort to win the game.

When you don't have single elimination games this is what happens. The problem is that it was so obvious. It happened in women's soccer as well:

So all we've established thus far is Asian countries tank games in the Olympics.
