The Chiefs (and Mahomes) have been mostly going through the motions in regular season games for the better part of two seasons now including today. There’s nothing wrong with him; the focus level will step up in the playoffs. It always does.

As Guardian said, he's not seeing the field well nor playing at a high level this year. The decision making, the missed throws and missed open receivers, and missed touchdowns.

He's got a 90 QB rating which is about 17th in the NFL

His yard per attempt are 19th

You cherry picked one stat, but his play this year in every single category says he's MID THIS YEAR. Because he is.

I’m one of the biggest Mahomes homers there is and he isn’t playing that well. 15TD and 11INT after 10 games is not like Pat. I remember in 2021 it was a big deal when he had a measly 2:1 TD:INT ratio after the Giants game.

We’ll see. Mahomes is needing help from OL, which has been whipped two games in a row. If you’re gaining 0 yards on 3rd and 1, while the opponent easily picks up the yardage? OL gotta have a stronger push in those situations.

And he also did that in about 3 other games this year.
