Special teams should be an indicator of a team's drafting. So high in the draft for several years. Broncos 2021 #27. A lot of worst here

Even worse when you consider he's not "young" in safety years. Might have 4 or 5 more seasons in him before he's out of the league.

Donks might figure out how to be something more than a middling basement dweller by the time their shiny new RB is 28 and has a year or two left.

The Chiefs have had Mahomes for 4 seasons. Hosted 4 AFC championships games, won a. Super bowl and went to 2.

Peyton was one of the highest paid QB's in the league. Mahomes was making $7M or less the entire time. We would've been able to keep Elvis Dumervil and other players if we were paying Peyton peanuts. And don't forget, Manning's play started to fall of a cliff midway through the 2014 season and he never got any better.

The thing you can’t accept is as long as Mahones has a couple of receiving targets and an adequate defense, KC will be in contention every year.
