*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Oh look - Skyy Moore dropped a pass.

Man it was nice not having to worry about him being in the progression...

I'm trying to remember who the throw was to - maybe Gray - but I believe it was just inside the red zone when he friggen piped a ball in between two defenders - it was an absolute piss missile. Think left a vapor trail.

Did we see that from him last season? Was there a little arm fatigue that came from not having a fully healthy off-season last year? Because the arm seemed to have the kind of heat on it we didn't see much last season.
He was definitely putting serious velocity on the ball against the Ravens. I wonder if he was showing respect to the #1 ranked defense from last year. If you float the ball in a soft manner, there is a much stronger chance of the defense making a play on it.

That's a dude that knew his arm was feeling good and wanted to show it off. Dude pressed that X button through the bottom of his controller with that throw.

I just don't remember a throw like that last season. His arm just looked incredible.
Yeah Chase Daniel had a good breakdown of it (he's doing some good work for those that don't know).

I don't know that he was wanting to show off, he was looking that way from the start. I think he wants it on film to keep heat off Travis. Smith was cheating on Travis so he threw it.

Never going to go down as one of his best throws, but the dude ****ing dotted that throw.

The ball would've received a ticket for speeding if that were a school zone.

I know we just played two of the toughest games on our schedule, but Pat hasn’t looked as crispy as I’d like.

He’s on pace for like 25 INTs lol

Feels Mahomes doesn't value stats like maybe he once did. He wants more rings at all cost. We ran a lot yesterday and he seemed fine with it as long as we win.

He looked fine against the Ravens.

He did seem a little out of sorts yesterday for some reason. Not sure what was goin on? Maybe some frustration with Kingsley but not wanting to call him out on it since he's a rookie and they just basically tossed him into the water with no life jacket (yes, they did help chip on a few plays, but clearly not enough)?

Trey Hendrickson ate his lunch is a way you rarely see a LT get dominated by a DE.
