It is like they were trying to min max their stats in a RPG.

Well I can go up plus 1qb and plus 6cb

Or go up possibly plus 7 to 8qb in fields.

They are following the old chiefs motto of trying to just compete in the division and squeak out a win every few 7years.

One player who could see an increased market, especially after Denver Broncos right tackle Ja’Wuan James was lost for the season after rupturing his Achilles Tuesday, is former Kansas City Chiefs stalwart tackle, Mitchell Schwartz.

No he does not... I'm skeptical of 300lb+ guys with back injuries.

I usually hate to see a player get injured. But in this case, I love it. Maybe it'll make the other players think twice about skipping OTAs. Because, let's be honest here. Anyone who is concerned about Covid-19 has already gotten the shot. They're just using Covid as an excuse to not do it. I know that it's voluntary anyway. But most players usually show up anyway.

Broncos point differential was the lowest of any SB team...they were literally a .500 on the stat sheet. Mannning was like the 31st rated QB.

I've never seen a team get every conceivable break go their way...I still remember Steve Smith dropping a sure TD then the Ravens QB throwing an INT right after. That dropped TD ultimately resulted in HFA....it was also the only time I've ever seen the Patriots get royally hosed in the 4th quarter which also aided in getting HFA...then there was the Charles fumble return with 30 seconds left in the game.

Then there was the Cleveland game that went to OT...Manning throws an INT returned to the 39. All the Browns needed was 5-7 yards for a FG. They get -3 on a run then back to back sacks...and a 5 yard penalty. Why the Browns were passing in that situation is beyond stupid.

I don't think he signs there. Rodgers old RT was cut by the Packers in the off-season (can't remember his name) I bet they wait and see if they can get him, making things easier for Aaron if they get him.

Mitch might go to Chicago though. Don't they need a RT now? Plus he knows Nagy.

Noting is lost with James... unfortunately for him, he never played enough. Bring in Mitch! Dude is 31, coming off back surgery - pay him nicely on a 2 year deal and let's see.

Talking about Ricky Wagner? I don't know much about him... appears to be < of a player than Mitch.

Mitch probably won't take too lightly to you guys not paying JJ-which you shouldn't BTW. Also, in a slight homerish opinion I don't think he signs with a hated rival. We left things pretty good and while everyone understands it's a business...there's other teams than Denver that need RT help. Chicago, like I mentioned is a big one. Pittsburgh and Green Bay are also in need of a RT.

If you get Rodgers, he knows Wagner and is fine with him. Just need Elway ( or whoever) to open up the checkbook.

Players don't view things from a rivals perspective... esp guys looking for their final or next to final contract. They want to start, get paid well and play...

At least the fantasy of Rodgers playing for the Broncos is giving them hope...they are having visions of 2015.

Since they've never been able to draft a QB...they are, again, relying on the charity of strangers.

I guess it beats the reality of having Lock/Bridgewater as their starting QB...which is how this will ultimately play out.

I agree but im not saying it's either "play for Denver or don't play"...there's many other choices. That's my point. Hell, if Rodgers is traded, the north division is wide open. Signing with Chicago might be the smartest move of all in that case.
