Gives me a damn near heart attack watching him false start every ****ing snap that they pass. Then when they run he's up on the line. I guess if teams don't watch the tape they'll miss it. So there's that

I think all the Edge Rushers in the NFC South and most of the rest of the league know that if you let Donovan Smith get your breastplate, you are done.

Smith has amazing grip strength and leverage to throw defenders down to the ground in a way that NFL officials do not penalize.

No doubt. Every play you can and will see it. Taylor is a marked man, so he is taking all the penalties the refs want to give. That crew was terrible last night, bad calls both ways.

I don't watch Taylor every snap and don't rewatch every game, but I like his play. Tre, on the other hand, must be hurt. He is off this year so far.

Facemask for a safety
Bullshit horse collar penalty
Facemask missed on Mahomes
Multiple holds by their offensive line
Defensive holding by their DBs
Headhunting by their safeties

All shit missed by the refs or blatantly letting it happen. But people are pissed off by a missed hold call against Smith and a penalty on Sauce (which was actually a penalty).

If it wasn't for the refs...that game would have been a ****ing blowout.

That’s a damn good defensive player too. He nearly held him off the ground as Pat went by. Amazing strength. Amazing play.

I think I read somewhere that we were called for holding the play before, and the officials are hesitant to call the same penalty two plays in a row or something like that

Except that it isn't. He has both hands inside the shoulders on his chest plate and has him directly in front of him the whole time. Jets player is just a weak bitch.

Yes, this is an issue as he is being treated differently. There is a reason that extra 6-8 inches of alignment is used by every tackle in the league. Taylor alignment is closer than any other tackles I watched yesterday and it makes his job much harder. He will be fine as the focus comes off over the next few weeks and he can adjust his alignment to mirror others without scrutiny.

You missed Danna getting his helmet pushed off with hands to the face on the Jets TD.

I feel like there was actually more than one occasion where I saw a Chief helmet flying off. It happened to Pachec too for sure, and I think I saw it at least one other time.

Right?
I can't remember the last time I saw so many Chiefs helmets come off during a game.

Ranting, Tex? Does one little post every two or three months constitute ranting here?
