Let’s talk about the Texans

It’s official

Let’s discuss the impending beatdown by our favorite team (the Chiefs)

Why are you here? Troll job? Attention seeking? Want to talk football, have a take that adds value to the conversation. Otherwise gtfo.

Texans are the one team I wanted to see the least of the 3 possibilities because they pose matchup issues especially with Fuller in and Thornhill out. Mahomes and our fire power on O, combined with our improved D should be enough to prevail, but it will be a battle. In the end I have the Chiefs by 4 in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score.

Excuse me, what?

Didn't that rookie DEN QB light you guys up 22-27, 309 yards and 3 TDs? That DEN team that didn't score a single TD against us this season in two tries?

And didn't you guys lose to the PANTHERS rookie QB as well, allowing that scrub to throw for 232 yards on 24-34 attempts for a 89.3 Passer Rating, while Watson could only manage 160 yards and a meager 75 passer rating?

The Chiefs may have played some weak opponents in our division, but at least we didn't LOSE to crappy rookie QBs, while your defense made those guys look like Joe Montana.

This is why you never win anything.if you were a little humble instead of being cocky. You are nothing more than a fly in the playoffs. Takes a lot of luck to win a SB stupid

Watch Houstons secondary, it's a dumpster fire and they are completely afraid of speed guys.

Hill and Hardman will both get huge cushions, Watkins probably will too honestly. They played John Brown like they were scared shitless of him...

Andy is going to open up the playbook and let the offense loose. 28 won't be a problem.

The Texans will score, because I have a feeling they'll go down early and abandon the run.

Losing Thornhill will only matter if Fuller is fully healthy.

He won’t be.

Andy is about to pull O’Brien’s pants down, bro.

Lol at Chiefs fans being cocky in years past. You might not be able to find a more emotionally battered fan base.

This thread went south fast. Chiefs fans freaking out about having to play a good Houston team in KC, and a Texans troll acting like his team somehow has bragging rights because they finally won a playoff game, albeit one they probably should’ve lost.

The playoffs aren’t supposed to be easy people. Houston is a good team with a dangerous QB, but as long as we don’t make meaningful mistakes, the Chiefs should win because we’re a better team with a more dangerous QB. But hey, that’s why they play the game; you just never know. But I like our chances and Vegas does too.

Exactly.

They will take the field terrified of our offense and our defense is going to make Watson look like a rookie. Especially if O’Brien comes out having Watson take 5 and 7 step drops on long developing plays.

Our DL is going to eat and the secondary will feast on noodle armed quick passes.

How do you really know that you are the better team? You play in a lousy division. What if you were in their division and they beat your butt earlier in the season.
