That 96.4 QBR is the highest QBR in history in a SB since they began publishing that stat in 2006.

Sportscenter had an interesting stat. Brady has 6 double digit comeback wins in the Playoffs across 20+ years as a starting QB. Mahomes already has 4 double digit comeback wins in the Playoffs after only 5 seasons.
Mahomes would have 5 of those double digit comeback wins if Dee Ford did not go offsides to bail out Brady & Belichick. |

It is amazing how much success he has had already.
He has the 12th most playoff wins of any QB, the 10th most postseason yards and the 8th most post season TDs. He has only played 5 seasons!! He has more playoff wins than:- Drew Brees Jim Kelly Donovan McNabb Bart Starr Kurt Warner Russell Wilson Eli Manning Dan Marino He is level with Troy Aikman and one behind Aaron Rodgers. What a time to be a Chiefs fan. |

Why everyone should just stop listing to these talking heads, with their hot takes and the never ending pile of BS. Apologies if Q.

I'd love to see a really consolidated look at his numbers against the top defenses. Not necessarily "#1 scoring D" (even though I know those are great), but just in general/overall.
Another thing that's awesome is how we keep running into these buzzsaw, "unbeatable" teams. And beating them. Think about the Bills last year, coming off that blowout vs NE. Cincy last week after just destroying the vaunted Bills. This Eagles team who were, what, 70-14 in 2 playoff games? 14-3, vaunted OL, vaunted defense. And yeah people conceded they'd had a favorable schedule, and yet they still all thought that D would slow our offense down. As if they haven't seen us defy that logic for 5 years straight. Man. It's hard to even put into words. The only way I can really ground myself is by thinking of just about every other elite QB and their playoff failures. Look at Rodgers and how much of a pumpkin he turns into in the playoffs. Burrow is nothing without his defense. On and on. |
