IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

And there it is.

Brady won AP-1 at 30.
Montana won AP-1 at 31.
Manning won his 2nd AP-1 at 28.

Brett Favre is the only other QB in NFL History with two AP-1 Awards + a Lombardi before age 28.

And I believe Desmond Howard won SB MVP that year, no?

So Pat will be the only person to ever win 2 MVPs and a SB MVP along with multiple 1AP awards before turning 28.

Guy's gonna own every record there is to own. He's going to Marino the record books.

Be interesting to see how many chances each qb had had. We are usually ahead in the 4th.

Mahomes will coast to the W, but anyone that doesn't vote for him, and there will be several, will just be flat ass wrong.
Did they not change the MVP voting structure this year? I thought they did..

A non-QB.

The tweet just says 14 of the last 15 MVPs were 1st team AP quarterbacks.

Didn't Watt win it one year?

Edit: nope, it was Adrian Peterson on 2012.

Radio said they did. Each voter ranks their top five instead of having just one guy. So Mahomes got 49 voters of 50 at number one. My guess would be one voter ranked Burrow over him like an idiot.
