It's a small community gym. The free weights are all individual hand sets. I mostly use the machines but I do some free weight work, too.

Essentially one of the machines is a bench press. It works your chest and arms in the same manner.

Sounds like lat pulls. Is it equipment that has four stations around it? We have something like that at work.
