I don't really value the NCAA Tournament at all to be honest.

I value #1 seeds and Big 12 titles.

2 seed at worst in that 1% scenario. They'd easily have the best resume in the sport with all those wins over top teams (they'd add like five top 10ish wins).

I'm more worried about beating OSU myself.

KU's problem is that their offense is an absolute disaster (primarily because teams don't guard one of their starters and their starting PG can't shoot at all).
