With the 42nd pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, The Broncos got themselves one of those guys. The guy that you absolutely love to be on your sideline and absolutely can’t stand when they’re on the other side.

Can’t you just see it now?

At the stadium he grew up in, in front of thousands of red-clad fans who used to adore him, Drew Lock is in Orange & Blue, doing the tomahawk chop in the visitor’s endzone, staring into the crowd as boos and beers rain down from the stands.

That’s the guy the Denver Broncos drafted.

The AFC West saw the birth of a superhero right before their eyes last season in Patrick Mahomes. Drew Lock is here to be that story’s supervillain.

I have no idea what games DEN will be favored in and I never pay attention to it. On paper, it's a beast of a schedule and yes - many teams look better than 2018.

Flacco could certainly suck, but thinking he won't have a solid year is misguided, IMO. Flacco doesn't need to be the savior, he just needs to make some plays and protect the ball. They may not be littered with all-pros, but they have nice talent. I'm interested in seeing how the new coaching staff runs things, Vic isn't running the offense... don't know what to expect from the new OC and crew, but Munchak should be able to fix some of what has hurt them on the OL and that's key.

Flaccid lost his job to a guy who can't throw a football. I'm sure he'll do fine in pile high though

Flacco probably will be what he has been. The object is to get 22 TD passes from him and hopefully only 10 INT's. D and ST's has to keep us in games. It's a process to come back from 3rd place in consecutive years.

KC fans should know how the process works since you've had so many seasons sucking hind tit. You mutts had such a great chance last year to win the Lombardi, and managed to F it up at home in the AFCCG.

You mutts haven't been close enough to a Lombardi for so long you don't realize that you can't waste AFCCG's. Frankly, last year may have been the closest you get to a Lombardi for a while. Chances like that don't come around often, there's too many things that can go wrong.
