OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Josh Allen turned it down. Mahomes should have turned it down as well.

Almost wonder if Mahomes just wants to get back on the field for a bit and fire some touchdowns.

If I were him I'd want to try and wash the taste of Sunday out of my mouth as quickly as possible too.

I feel like some of those problems were due to mahomes trying to run clock because he didn’t trust the defense to stop the bengals at the end of the half and at the end of regulation. Mahomes has too much pressure on him to win every game. Is there another qb in the game that more pressure to carry his team? Please tell me one. We are keeping spags as d coordinator so our #1 priority this off season has to be to get a dominant d line. Spags has to have a dominant dline to be have a good defense and has shown that our d can be good with a top dline. If mahomes can trust the d, he can just score with time left rather than feeling like it’s all on him to run the clock down and then score.

That ain't on Reid.

Patrick could literally hold out and bail on us for the Raiders and I’d still bow at his feet.

He has packed a lifetime of football joy in to the past 4 years.

He had a shitty half of football, and that’s okay.

Yeah, this is a business trip as much as it is a boondoggle.

He’ll get wasted and have fun, but he’s going to pave inroads with other stars to come to KC.

Mahomes playing in the Pro Bowl, being coached on the AFC team by Mike Vrabel.

As if yesterday wasn't shitty enough.
