Are the Bills overhyped?

Update: Yes, the Bills were overhyped.

Beane gave an interesting interview in which he basically talked about the institutional advantages I've been going on about for months now.

QB on a rookie deal + years of drafting early= Advantage.

Bills' last shot with this formula was this year. Now it gets harder.

Bengals have to start paying guys next year, year after at the latest, and it would be of benefit to get on it earlier in the long run.

Philly's going to have that same issue coming up.

We're the only team in the final four paying our elite QB elite QB money.

Whatever happens this season, we're in excellent shape.

Exactly and four other reasons for that are

1. Our QB is the best in football

2. While he signed the biggest contract in sports history, it was actually very team friendly.

3. We have a HC who is top 5 all time in wins with a real possibility of finishing #1 all time. He is also #3 all time in playoff wins and if KC wins the SB he will move into sole possession of 2nd all time.

4. We have the best GM in football who consistently loads this team up with talent in the draft. Not only is KC one of the four teams left standing, they are doing it as one of the youngest teams in football. Absolutely incredible.

There’s a lot of talented quarterbacks in the league right now. Even Andy addressed the amount of elite players in the league in that interview with Brady. I don’t ever remember this many teams that COULD be contenders for years. But…. I could be drunk.
