OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

I'd love to see that NFL science show or whatever it was called do a special on the Mahomes curve ball (if it is curving)
Sadly, it's an optical illusion.

Look at where Mahomes releases it in relation to the yard marker and where Hill catches it in relation to the yard marker nearest him - it doesn't actually do any sort of snap-hook, though it damn sure looks like it.

I mean shit, throwing a submarine style fastball is pretty impressive in its own right...

But Mahomes is moving to his right, which means the ball should have natural drift to the right (velocity in the horizontal axis).

The most impressive thing on that play is the anticipation of the Buffalo guy jumping. Mahomes was launching the ball while the guy was still in the way. If that guy doesn’t jump, it’s probably an INT. Mahomes must have been doing something with his eyes to get the guy to jump. Or he didn’t even see the guy and just got extremely lucky that the ball ended up going underneath the dude’s arms.

It went UNDER the guy's hands on the best angle I saw of it. Close up and slow motion showed this. The guy jumped just enough that the ball went under his hands. Either Mahomes was using insane anticipation (and manipulative eyes to get him to jump) or he was just extremely lucky on the play.

Every now and then, in a big moment, Mahomes call out "DO IT KELS! DO IT DO IT KELS!" during his cadence, just to freak the defense out.

DRob proceeds to turn around and run backwards, completely taking himself and the defenders out of the play.
